Our mission is to improve the skills, knowledge and recognition of orthopaedic/cast technicians within all states of Australia.

Our Focus
As technicians realise the importance of the Certificate IV in Cast Technology, so they will realise that the AIOT is behind it.
The AIOT will be there for existing and future orthopaedic casting professionals.

Training
The AIOT conducts ongoing training for its members and health industry personnel by way of state based training workshops and the yearly National Symposium & AGM.

Education
The PEP (Professional Education Program) is the cornerstone of the AIOT. It ensures Fellows remain accredited, and Associate Fellows strive towards a common goal of professionalism.
